The Problem
Why most students
fall behind in AI.

The opportunity is enormous. The gap is widening. Most resources aren't built for serious builders.

01
AI moves faster than curriculum
Colleges haven't kept up. By the time a syllabus updates, the industry has moved three frameworks ahead. You're learning theory while companies are hiring practitioners.
02
Generic courses, zero accountability
Most bootcamps hand out certificates without real projects. You finish with a credential but nothing you've actually built from scratch.
03
YouTube gives content, not careers
Free content with no structure, no feedback, no one to answer questions. You watch for weeks and stay exactly where you started.
04
The hiring window is open now
AI engineering roles are in massive demand. Companies are hiring — but for builders, not for people who can describe transformers. That window won't stay open.
Self-Selection
WHAT WE
LOOK FOR.
Can write a basic Python loop without help.
Has at least 10 hours/week dedicated to building.
Is genuinely tired of passive learning and ready to ship.
8-Week Program
What you'll
learn & build.

Every week ends with something shipped — deployed, working, on GitHub. Not notebooks. Real products.

Not Selected?
We still look out for you
If you're not selected for Cohort 1, you'll get personalised feedback on what to improve. We'll guide you and consider you on priority basis for the next cohort — no hard feelings, just honest direction.
What You Get
Walk out with a
real portfolio.

8 deployed projects. A rebuilt professional profile. 2 months of structured career support. A cohort for life.

8 Deployable AI Projects
Real applications with public URLs — RAG bots, multi-agent pipelines, production APIs. Things recruiters can open and use. Not Jupyter notebooks.
LinkedIn & GitHub Rebuilt
Profile, headline, featured section — rebuilt to attract recruiters. One optimized profile changes your inbound completely.
2 Mock Interviews Done
Technical + HR interviews with structured, written feedback. You'll walk into real interviews having already done this — and knowing exactly what to fix.
Resume & Portfolio Review
1-on-1 sessions sharpening your resume and portfolio for AI engineering roles. Tailored to internships, full-time, and product companies.
A Cohort That Lasts
Motivated students across disciplines. Your first collaborators, referrals, and co-builders. Cohort 1 is always the one people remember.
Production-Grade Skills
From LLM APIs to Docker-deployed multi-agent systems. Real engineering skills — the kind that make hiring managers respond to your application.

FAQ
Questions,
answered.

We've tried to answer every question a serious student would have. If something's missing, reach out directly — no sales pressure, ever.

Most of the students who've asked these questions were in the same spot you are — curious, a little unsure, and ready to do something real about it.

Do I need prior AI or ML experience?
+
No prior AI or ML experience needed. Basic Python is required — if you can write functions and work with a library, you're ready to apply. We start from LLM fundamentals and build up systematically.
I'm from a non-CS branch. Can I apply?
+
Yes, absolutely. We welcome students from ECE, Mechanical, Mathematics, Commerce — any branch — as long as you have basic Python and genuine motivation. Logical thinking matters far more than your department name.
Who is teaching this?
+
The curriculum is led by an IIT Kharagpur Alumnus and the Founder of Gradientts Technology Services. Alongside the core instruction, notable industry mentors will join for exclusive guest lectures to share production-level insights, code reviews, and career guidance.
What if I don't get selected for Cohort 1?
+
You'll receive a personalised message explaining exactly what to work on. We'll guide you in the right direction and give you priority consideration for the next cohort. Many strong students need just a few more weeks of preparation.
How many hours per week does this take?
+
3 live sessions per week (1.5 hours each) plus hands-on project work. Plan for 10–12 hours total per week. If you have significant commitments during July–August, consider timing before applying.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
+
Because Gradientts provides immediate access to live sessions and course materials, all sales are final. We want every member to be fully committed to the process. If you have questions before joining, reach out at support@gradientts.com.
Are sessions recorded if I miss one?
+
Yes, all sessions are recorded and available to registered students. Live attendance is strongly encouraged — the real-time Q&A, peer debugging, and live discussions are where most of the actual learning happens.
Will I get a job guarantee?
+
No honest program can guarantee a job, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do guarantee: structured mock interviews, a portfolio that's ready to show, 2 months of dedicated career support, and real feedback.
Is this cohort right for final-year students?
+
It's designed for exactly this. Final-year students, recent graduates, and 2nd/3rd year undergrads all benefit enormously. The earlier you start building real AI projects, the stronger your profile by placement season.
